Delivery Policy
Fu Zhong Hua aims to provide reliable and timely delivery of your orders across Singapore.
Delivery Coverage
We currently offer delivery within Singapore only.
- Delivery Schedule
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered on the next working day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next working day and delivered accordingly.
- Same-day delivery is not available.
- Customers may select their preferred delivery date during checkout, subject to availability.
- No deliveries are made on weekends or Public Holidays.
Delivery Fees
Delivery charges and free delivery thresholds will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders as scheduled, delivery timings may be affected by high order volumes, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If any item in your order is unavailable or if we are unable to fulfil your selected delivery date, we will contact you via email or phone to arrange a suitable replacement, revised delivery date, partial fulfilment, or refund where applicable.
Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate and complete. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery requests resulting from incorrect information, unavailable recipients, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
